		<description>Very cool talk.  He definitely touches on some key points out there regarding managing the data center.  I don't think he touched on instant fail-over thou, unless I missed that part.  If the host machine dies, the VM auto-magically switches over to the next available VM server.  Kinda like a virus with it's host.  Awesome stuff Scoble. :)</description>
