Hi Robert, I’ve only just started trying to download these videocasts and a couple of things are confusing me.
1. There often seems to be two videos on the same subject (as is the case with this and the preceeding one). What is the difference between the two? Why two and not one?
2. Also, I really struggle with downloading the files because of their size. Is the ipod file supposed to be smaller than the video file?

I almost always do two videos: one is an interview, the other is a demo.
The resolution is lower in the iPod version, so, yes, it’s supposed to be smaller.

Hey Robert, maybe I’m mixed up a bit here, but how do you change the resolution - for example, I have an hour long video I want to upload to YouTube, but youtube says the file is too big.. yet I see many videos on youtube which are over an hour long? Not sure if this is the same as what Billy is talking about above?

Videokarma: you need to get a directors’ version of YouTube. Otherwise you can’t upload videos longer than 10 minutes. Another choice? Blip.tv or Google Video.
