Overlay your stuff on top of video with Overcast
Are you a director who wants to overlay your commentary on top of your video? Sort of like when you get a DVD? Or, are you a critic that wants to point out mistakes in the film? Now you can, with Overcast Media. Here, Rich Staokley, founder and CEO, shows off what his system can do.

Thanks for visiting with us Robert.
A lot of folks have hit the website to discover that we’re still in private beta. That sucks, so we’ve created a page just for Scoble’s community that allows instant access to the site: http://beta.overcastmedia.com/thescobleshow.php.
Don’t be shy with the feedback. We want to build what you want.

The framing of this video is horrific. What’s with the bare leg? I don’t want to be wondering if the exhibitor is wearing pants.
Pretty cool service though. Too bad my machine can barely run Itunes.

Also, I just visited the Overcast website, which sucks horribly. I can’t see any demos of the software or service. I can’t actually DO anything. If I want to sign up for the beta, then I’m probably gonna get unwanted junk-mail. I just want to see it work.
Wouldn’t you expect an impressive video presentation from a video oriented product?
The website is a stone slab.
It’s like Rosanne trying to sell weight watchers.
